What data I process and why

Visiting the website. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA), which processes your IP address and technical data about your request in order to deliver the pages and keep them secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Analytics (only with your consent). Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) measures visits and page views so that I can improve the content. It uses the cookies _ga and _ga_LL09W3RK8L (up to 2 years); event data are kept for 2 months. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

Contact. If you write to me by e-mail or on LinkedIn, I process your name, contact details and message in order to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. I keep the correspondence for no longer than three years after our last contact. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it I cannot reply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, the right to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
